Our application Process


Step 1: Application

You want to be part of our team? Then simply apply via our application platform HeavenHR with your curriculum vitae including certificates and references as well as a short covering letter. You will receive a confirmation of receipt and prompt feedback from us.

Step 2: Interview with the specialist department

If your application has piqued our curiosity, we will invite you to a first interview by phone, Skype or at our office. The interview usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and serves to get to know you, your motivation and your qualifications better. The interview takes place in an informal atmosphere and without a dress code.

Step 3: Interview with management

It is important to our managing directors to get to know you personally. At the same time, we would like to offer you an insight into our company and our working atmosphere. Depending on your position, you may also speak to potential colleagues.

Step 4: Our job offer

If you were able to convince us, you will receive an offer from us in the last step. You will find all the details about your employment in it. This is usually done by email, we will gladly invite you to sign the contract in person.
